Job Role:

WITH THE OBJECTIVE to achieve Indosat sales target (Reload & SP) through Digital & Online/marketplace WITHIN created attractive, effective and efficient  sales program and sales Evaluation & Monitoring  in Digital & Online/marketplace Channel

Requirements:
Qualification:
- Strong leadership skills & territorial management
- Analytical thinking together with strong understanding of business and marketing principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and capabilities
- Excellent sales skill and has good Negotiation skill
- Target oriented approach and decision making capabilities
- Excellence in people management and Device Management
- Acceptance and capability of travelling a lot

Experience:
- Experience in sales management, Device Management & Channel management
- Practice in sales experience and field supervisory
- Proven track record and strong practice in the field of execution of Direct/Indirect sales
- Creativity and openness for innovation

Experience & Qualification
