Long Description :
Geologist I

Basic Function :
Observe, collect, record and report as per Management Direction geologic facts in the areas assigned to provide accurate, updated and timely information as a basis for further decisions on the development of the company's resources and reserves.

Job Responsibility :
1. Observe and collect geologic facts in the areas assigned for use by the company.
2. Fill out daily GSG approved mapping, sampling and logging data forms to record geologic data for database input in line with Company SOP's.
3. Report as directed (daily, weekly, monthly as required by management) work progress so that adequate records of progress to the achievement of department and group goals can be maintained and further included in required reporting to management, government etc.
4. Report observations on the geology in written formats as required so that this information can be included in further compilation and interpretation of the data and so that company records are maintained for the future.
5. Understand and be aware of safety and environmental practices in the work area ensuring safe work practices for you and working colleagues and compliance with company Safety and Environmental SOP's.

The key challenges in this position include:
Knowing what, how much and when to collect data so that goals and targets are reached: Collection of accurate and consistent geologic data, in locations that range from field to laboratories, that can be used to increase the company's knowledge of the area being investigated.
The collection of consistent, accurate, factual geologic data in this position is vital to the further interpretation and modeling of the data for determination of mineral resources and reserves for the company.

Requirements
Tertiary qualification in geoscience, minimum 2 years experience in mineral geology (mining or exploration), thorough and comprehensive understanding in geology theories and principles, good ability in mineral/rock identification, mapping, sampling, recording and logging techniques, good communication skill both in Bahasa Indonesia and English, familiar with 3D application software and/or above average in general computer skills.

Designer/Drafter

Basic Function :
Prepare, produce, and run the drawing process to ensure the quality, productivity and no re-work including train the draftsman to ensure the achievement of the customers' need and requirements within the time frame according to company's policies and achieve the quality and efficiency.

Job Responsibility :
1. Prepare, produce, and run the drawing process to ensure the quality, productivity and no re-work in the process is achieve the company target and according with International Standard.
2. Assist superior in analyze and develop a sketch from verbal request of engineer to be used for further process of drawing.
3. Provide suggestion or input to superior in drawing process that able to result in cost deduction and or other point of view.
4. Provide reporting to superior, including man-hours activity in order to inform the status of every assigned duties from superior.
5. Cooperate with other discipline to smooth the project by confirmation and coordination about the related matter of the project.
6. Assist and train the draftsman to be more professional and competent in their duties.

Requirements
D3 with 6 years experience at oil gas and industry or equivalent education and experience.
Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Characters)
Code of Drafting.
English TOIEC 400.
AutoCad 3 Dimension.
Computer Skill, especially for MS Office.

Long Description :
Engineer I

Basic Function :
Perform and supervise Surface and Underground Mine hydrology activities to ensure all the data and report requirements are collected in timely and quality manner to support the department's objective.

Job Responsibility :
1. Perform and supervise hydrology daily monitoring at Surface and Underground Mine area and ensure all date requirements are collected in regular basis.
2. Analyze QA/QC regarding hydrology data and ensure to update all data collected into database in timely manner and quality consideration.
3. Supervise hydrology activities and programs in Surface and Underground Mine such as Piezometer drilling and installation to ensure all the activities and programs are well running and meet the minimum target/requirement.
4. Provide support to superior in development and improvement of any programs to enhance the level of expertise and expectation, including perform hydrogeology investigation program.
5. Coordinate and maintain relationship with all concerned party within PTFI regarding Hydrology activities and programs to smooth the work process in achieving target.
6. Gather and perform reporting paperwork regarding all data related such as RKL/RPL report in quarter and annual basis, Wetmuck report in quarterly and others hydrology reporting for further action and decision by superior.
7. Supervise and control the budget usage in Hydrology activities and programs to ensure the actual are within budget.
8. Ensure and supervise all hydrology monitoring equipments to be calibrated and ready to be used all the time.
9. Direct and communicate company's safety and environmental policies to ensure subordinates perform their duties accurately, effectively and efficiently in a safely and good condition manner.
10. Provide technical and management guidance for subordinate through training and development, ongoing coaching to prepare for the sustainable employee development to the expanding organization.
11. Monitor and review subordinate's performance and assist them during their activities to minimize possibilities of re- work and to ensure compliance with time and quality standards required by the client and the company.

Requirements
S1 Degree in Geology or Mine Engineering with at least 2 years experience in Hydrology and Hydrogeology especially at mining industry.

Responsibilities
Long Description :
Engineer I

Basic Function :
Provide geotechnical recommendation and/or services to the PTFI U/G Mines by directing the design, support and monitoring of geotechnical aspects of U/G Mine facilities and operations to ensure safe and efficient operation of U/G Mines.

Job Responsibility :
1. Analyze ground condition and design for appropriate support or repair for new or old U/G mine facilities for all U/G areas (including provide warning of unsafe conditions).
2. Analyze ground movement and damage progress to provide appropriate action plans, in order to ensure safety of the miners and also to achieve production target.
3. Monitor cave progression by surface subsidence, TDR instruments and cave inspection. Provide warning of impending impacts to critical mine facilities, such as ventilation raises, ore passes and other production facilities.
4. Monitor drift and area workings stability, particularly for complex and high risk areas, using geotechnical devices to ensure safe and efficient operation of U/G Mines.
5. Plan drilling for TDR and coordinate with other sections for setting the rig.
6. Monitor of the ore passes system, which transports ore from mine to mill, is conducted routinely and analyzed to detect impending failures. Recommend re-support or repair of ore passes as required.
7. Act as wet muck engineer as required to conduct of routine monitoring and monthly meeting of wet muck hazards in U/G mine & reporting requirements of Indonesia Department of Mines and Energy (DOME).
8. Develop skills of subordinates following plans.
9. Meet the PTFI Safety and Environmental Programs and standards.

Requirements
Graduate in Geological, Mining or Civil Engineering with 3 years of experience.
