Job Detail :
Officer - Collection

Responsibilities :
Handle end to end operational process of collection/ dunning activity of Non GSM Corporate account in order to minimize of payment delinquency and achieve Collection Ratio as targeted by company.

Requirements
1.Bachelor degree (S1) from Computer Science/Management/ Finance with minimum 2 years experience in collection department at Telecommunication Industry
2.Technical expertise in Collection/ Dunning Activity; Technical expertise in MS Office usage (Word & Excel);Fluent in English (both Oral & Written); Intermediate SAP Knowledge
3.Communication Skills; Negotiation Skills; Analytical thinking; Customer focus; Problem solving

Successful candidates will work in a result oriented and dynamic environment. English proficiency and computer literacy are required for this position.
