Responsibilities:
Provide support for various internal and external applications
Perform hands-on installation and troubleshooting of IT hardware
New PC or laptop set up and configuration, setting and configuration of software
IT maintenance support, troubleshooting, monitoring and resolving hardware and applications issues on user site
Any other tasks as and when required by superior

Requirements:
Local IT lives in Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan), Mamuju (Sulawesi Barat), Kendari (Sulawesi Tenggara), Mataram (NTB), Pangkal Pinang (Bangka Belitung), Medan (Sumatera Utara), Tanjung Pinang (Kepulauan Riau), Samarinda (Kalimantan Timur), Ambon (Maluku)
Preferably male
Minimum Diploma in Computer/Information Technology or equivalent. Bachelor Degree is preferable.
Fluent in English is an advantage
Familiar with all types of computers and applications troubleshooting
Proficient with OS installation and application
1 -2 years experience in IT support will be an advantage
Pro-active, independent, responsible and good self discipline
